They leverage Golden's award-winning, mobile-responsive web portal technology (click here for an example) — but you select the branding, and you control the content. **Note:** Organizations that decided not to upgrade to a Branded Web Portal still have great tools to recruit participants via their website. --- #### **How do I get a Branded Web Portal?** You can get started on a Branded Web Portal in as little as a day. To get started or learn more, contact [support@goldenvolunteer.com](mailto:support@goldenvolunteer.com) for pricing information. --- #### **What can I do with a Branded Web Portal?** With Golden Branded Web Portals, you'll never have to update your website by hand to display upcoming opportunities again. Collect real-time sign-ups for virtual and in-person opportunities. Golden automatically displays what's upcoming and available according to each participant's unique qualifications — like being added to groups, having been matched with an opportunity by the organizer, or having a credential. --- ### **What you control:** **Opportunity Content** — You have the ultimate control over your Branded Web Portal content, which can include opportunities you and your chapters create, opportunities you curate from your partner organizations, or the vast collection of public opportunities already on Golden. Add organizations as partners or chapters to include their content, or use the curate tool to find opportunities to promote! **Recommendations** — Recommended opportunities will be bumped to the top of your Branded Web Portal with the "Recommended" badge to give them priority and encourage sign-ups. **Campaign and Tag filters** — Let participants filter through your opportunities using the tags you assign them. See 'What are Tags and how do I use them?' to learn more! --- ### **Configuration options:** **Branding** — Give the web portal your look and feel with your logo, favicon, color scheme, URL (ex: volunteer.yourorganization.org), and website link (where your logo, when clicked, links to). **Language & Localization** — You can update the text on the key call-to-action buttons or select the languages available for your participants. You can localize items like distance (miles vs. kilometers) or time & date formatting (i.e., mm/dd/yyyy vs. dd/mm/yyyy). Sign-up and navigation: You can customize the labels and help text on the email and phone fields, add a "My Opportunities" shortcut to the top navigation for logged-in participants, and hide the "Create New Account" option on the sign-in page (for example, if participants sign in with SSO). Reach out to your Client Strategy Lead to turn these on. **Views** — Let participants search for your opportunities using list, calendar, and map views. **Banner** — Add a banner to the top of your Branded Web Portal to call out things like COVID guidelines, large group or court-ordered service. **Partner Organization Registration Page** — Many Volunteer Centers, United Ways, local governments, and others promote opportunities hosted by other non-profits. You can easily let potential partners register with you via your Branded Portal (and you'll have the chance to review them before their opportunities go live on your site!). **Chapter Organization Registration Page** — Do you have different chapters across the country? Different programs that you're looking to support on one portal? Networked non-profits use their Branded Portals to promote all of their network's opportunities across all of their chapters in one easily accessible portal. You can even let new chapters register there. **Pre-Load your Corporate Partners** — Do you have a regular set of corporate partners (or other third parties) that you work with regularly? You can pre-load that list to ensure participants select the right company to associate with. It's always good to know which companies are sending the most participants your way! --- ### **Analytics options:** You can choose to embed any verified web analytics tools on your portal for an additional annual fee. The fee covers annual security/penetration testing on third parties, installation/deinstallation at any time, and code updates to better optimize the software/pixels for you. We support tools including but not limited to: Hotjar, Google Analytics, Tealium, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Adobe Analytics, tools accepted in the Salesforce, Microsoft, and Blackbaud app marketplaces, and other commonly-used analytics software.
