What's Changing for the Better?

We're upgrading the Privacy settings you use every day. Instead of one combined setting, you'll soon have two independent controls that work together seamlessly:

Visibility – Who can see this opportunity?
Accessibility – Who can sign up for it?

Why We're Making This Change

You asked for more flexibility, and we listened. This update unlocks powerful new capabilities that weren't possible before:

✓ Let everyone see an opportunity, but limit who can register
✓ Use our latest credentials feature to control access
✓ Mix and match Participant groups and affiliations

What This Means for You

Good news – you don't need to do anything:

All existing opportunities will update automatically
Your Participants won't notice any changes to existing opportunities
Everything happens seamlessly behind the scenes
New opportunities you create will have enhanced flexibility
