Each export downloads as a CSV file you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any reporting tool. Below, you'll find what each report covers, when it's most useful, and the key data points it includes. ### **Insights** The Insights export is your organization-wide view of volunteer engagement. It captures registration and engagement records across all of your Opportunities, across all time. **Best for** - Building board reports, grant applications, and annual impact summaries - Drilling into volunteer hours & activity - Comparing engagement trends month over month or year over year - Sharing results with leadership or funders **Data points you’ll find** - Participant name and email - Opportunity name, date, and location - Registration date and status - Hours logged and value of volunteer time - Check-in times and attendance status - Group or company affiliation ### **My Opportunities** The My Opportunities export lists every Opportunity your organization has created, along with its schedule and fill status. It gives you a single snapshot of your full volunteer calendar. **Best for** - Monitoring your fill rates, spotting shifts that still need volunteers, and planning staffing - Reviewing full events detail data at a glance - Auditing your active, upcoming, and past Opportunities in one place - Reviewing program mix by type, location, or cause area - Preparing for seasonal or quarterly planning meetings **Data points you’ll find** - Opportunity name and type (in-person, virtual, ongoing) - Dates, times, and shifts - Location - Capacity, spots filled, and spots remaining - Opportunity status (published, draft, past) - Opportunity leader or point of contact ### **Attendance** The Attendance export shows exactly who signed up for, and who showed up to, a specific Opportunity date. It's the most detailed record of a single event or shift. **Best for** - Preparing a day-of roster or sign-in sheet - Following up with no-shows or thanking attendees - Viewing in-registration responses in preparation for the day-of **Data points you’ll find** - Participant name, email, and phone - Check-in and check-out times - Hours completed - Attendance status (registered, attended, missed, cancelled) - Company or group affiliation - Responses to custom, and any other, registration questions **Participants** The Participants export is a directory of every volunteer who has engaged with your organization. It rolls up each person's contact details and lifetime activity into one row. **Best for** - Syncing your volunteer list with a CRM or email marketing tool - Identifying your most engaged volunteers for recognition or leadership roles - Re-engaging volunteers who haven't participated recently - Cleaning up or auditing your volunteer records **Data points you’ll find** - Name, email, and phone number - Total hours volunteered - Total value of volunteer time - Number of Opportunities attended - First and most recent volunteer dates - Tags, groups, and company affiliation - Waiver and onboarding status ### **Groups** **Overview** The Groups export summarizes activity for the corporate teams, schools, congregations, and other groups that volunteer with you. It shows each group's size and contribution at a glance. You can get full registration data per member, or, profile information with totals. **Best for** - Reporting impact back to corporate partners or sponsors - Drilling into the data of your most active partner organizations - Planning group volunteer days and follow-up outreach - Supporting corporate matching or volunteer grant requests **Data points you’ll find** - Group name and type - Group leader or primary contact - Number of members -
