Do volunteers need the Golden app or a smartphone?

Users DO NOT need to have the app or a smartphone! The Golden Portal allows volunteers to access Golden Opportunities anywhere they have internet access. You can login to your volunteer account at anytime and view the same Opportunities at www.portal.goldenvolunteer.com.
