You can collect documents from volunteers using the Custom Questions feature of the Golden Dashboard.
The Custom Questions feature is in the Extras step of the opportunity creation/edit process. Within the Extras page, scroll down to the "Additional Questions and Document Collection" section.
To add a document upload section to your opportunity, click the Add Question button (represented by a plus icon). Then select "Document Collection" from the dropdown menu under "Type of Question."
