How to Create Multiple Time Slots for Your Opportunities

Many organizers use Golden to manage Opportunities with regularly-occurring shifts (time slots). To create a series of scheduled shifts, you can use the Frequency options during Opportunity creation to quickly set up a schedule that works for your needs.

Creating Time Slots During Opportunity Creation

The scheduling step appears during Opportunity creation where you define "when" your Opportunity takes place. Here's how to add time slots:

  1. Select a Frequency from the dropdown menu. Choose from:
    • One time
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
    • Weekends
    • Weekdays
  2. Choose your start date using the date picker
  3. Set start and end times for your shifts
  4. Click "Add Time Slots" to generate your shifts based on the frequency you selected

After your time slots are created, you can remove individual slots that don't fit your schedule by clicking the delete icon next to any time slot.

Adding Time Slots to Existing Opportunities

For Opportunities you've already created, you can add new time slots by editing the Opportunity and following the same process above.
