This video will help walk you through the process: **[Creating and Managing Groups](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oURZ-EQXaAN5BMrg_5W43p8notK527XZ/view)** **Custom Groups:** You can create custom groups to organize participants for specific purposes. For example, you might create a group for trained participants with special credentials or skills, then make private opportunities that only those group members can access. **Group Invitations via CSV Upload:** If you have a list of participants you'd like to invite to a group, you can easily upload a CSV file with their information. This is perfect for situations like inviting 100 participants to a private Holiday Drive opportunity—simply upload the CSV, and they'll receive invitations to join the designated group. **Private Opportunities:** Once you've created a group, you can set up private opportunities that are only visible to and accessible by members of that group. This ensures that only qualified or invited participants can register for specialized opportunities. Private Opportunities: Once you've created a group, you can use it in an opportunity's Privacy Settings.
