How do I Beta Test the Golden – Fundraise Up Integration

We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to participate in our beta testing phase for a new feature designed to streamline your opportunity creation process. This feature adds a sixth step to your existing workflow called "Donations", providing new ways to request donations from participants.

Currently, we are testing two specific campaigns:

Request for Donation Upon Participant Cancellation

When a participant cancels their registration, a donation request will automatically be triggered.

Request for Gift Based on Participant Rating

When a participant leaves a high rating (you set the threshold), a request for a donation will be sent.

 

If you’re interested in participating in the beta testing phase, you'll need to contact your Customer Success Manager with a couple of details to get started:

  • Campaign Element ID
  • Account ID

Once we have this information, it will take up to one week to fully set up the feature in your account.

Please note that this feature is still being refined and is not yet fully live. Your feedback during the testing phase will be invaluable in helping us improve the process.
