Canceling Individual Timeslots

If you would like to keep your opportunity but cancel a specific timeslot, select the cancel icon for the timeslot you want to cancel.

When you cancel a timeslot, volunteers who are registered for that timeslot will automatically be notified of the cancellation if the timeslot is in the future (those that haven't ended yet). Their registration status will be updated to "Opportunity Cancelled" in the system.

You can also cancel a specific timeslot while viewing the opportunity page by using the dropdown to select the timeslot you want to examine or cancel.
