Participant activity captured in Golden—including event participation, shift details, and service hours—syncs seamlessly with Blackbaud Altru constituent records to provide a more complete picture of each individual's involvement. This connection enables staff to better coordinate participants for programs, personalize communications, and strengthen relationships across your community. Whether someone is attending a performance or giving their time behind the scenes, Golden and Blackbaud Altru help you track and deepen that engagement from every angle. #### How the Integration Works After successfully setting up the integration, Golden automatically syncs participant data to Altru whenever participants register for or complete opportunities. The system creates or updates constituent records, volunteer profiles, job occurrences, and timesheets to maintain accurate records of participant engagement. #### What is Synced Between Golden and Altru? Golden syncs the following information with Blackbaud Altru: **Volunteer/Constituent Information:** - First name, middle name, and last name - Email address (with configurable type) - Phone number (with configurable type) - Mailing address (with configurable type) - Emergency contact name and phone number - Golden Volunteer ID (as an alternate lookup identifier) **Opportunity & Registration Information:** - Volunteer job records (opportunities) - Job occurrences (time slots) - Volunteer assignments (registrations) - Timesheets with hours (for completed shifts) - Registration status updates (registered, completed, cancelled) Golden creates and updates these records in real-time as participants interact with your opportunities, ensuring your Altru database always reflects the latest participant activity. #### How Do I Get Started?
