Golden – Virtuous Integration

Enhance your volunteer to donor strategy by integrating Golden's volunteer management platform with Virtuous CRM. By combining Golden's robust volunteer management with Virtuous, you'll streamline data management processes, connect multiple data sources, improve data quality, and steward more volunteers into becoming lifelong donors.

How the Integration Works

Once you've set up the integration by signing in with your Virtuous credentials, Golden automatically syncs volunteer engagement data to Virtuous. The integration creates and maintains records for volunteers, their registrations, and their attendance at your opportunities.

What is Synced Between Golden and Virtuous?

Golden syncs volunteer information including names, contact details (email addresses and phone numbers), biographical data, mailing addresses, opportunity information, registration status, and attendance records to Virtuous. Data flows from Golden to Virtuous to create Contact Individuals, Volunteer records, Volunteer Opportunities, and Volunteer Attendance entries in your Virtuous system.

How Do I Get Started?

To activate the Golden – Virtuous integration, navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Golden account and select Virtuous from the available integrations. You'll be prompted to sign in with your Virtuous credentials to authorize the connection.
