Connecting Golden to Kindful

Setting Up Your Golden + Kindful Integration

At Golden, we've made it incredibly easy to sync your volunteer data directly with Kindful CRM!

What Gets Synced:

Golden's integration with Kindful automatically passes every volunteer from Golden and ALL of their signups, attendance, hours, and value contributed into Kindful—keeping your donor management system up to date without any manual work.

Quick Setup (Takes About 10 Seconds):

  1. Have a Kindful account ready — Make sure you're already set up with Kindful before starting.
  2. Upgrade to Professional — Head to Settings → Plans and upgrade your Golden account to Professional. The Kindful integration is available on our Professional plan.
  3. Connect the integration — Once you've upgraded, you'll see a new section in your Settings menu: Settings → Integrations.
  4. Authorize the connection — Click on Kindful, and you'll be prompted to authorize Golden to connect with your Kindful account. Simply follow the OAuth prompts to complete the secure connection.

That's it! Your volunteer data will now automatically sync to Kindful.
