Getting Started

To integrate your CRM with Golden, you'll need a Professional Plan or higher. Once you've upgraded, connecting takes just seconds:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Golden dashboard
  2. Select your CRM platform
  3. Follow the simple authentication steps

Golden automatically syncs volunteer sessions and data with your CRM in real-time, and you can import your existing volunteer history during setup.
