Here are the steps to make edits to a participant's profile: You can edit profiles if your role includes the Manage Participants permission (for example Admin, Participant Manager, or Writer). For participants under 18, the mailing address is hidden and can't be edited. ## Steps to Edit a Participant's Profile 1. Sign into the organizer dashboard. 2. Select "Participants" from the left-hand menu. 3. Choose "Manage" from the drop-down menu. 4. Search for and select the desired participant. 5. Click the "Edit Profile" button in the top right corner. 6. Note that participants can toggle a feature that prevents organizations from editing their information. 7. Scroll down to the "Over or Under 18 years old" box. 8. Select "Participant is over 18 years old." 9. Input the correct date of birth for the participant. 10. Click "Update" at the bottom right corner of the page to save changes. If the participant has disabled the editing feature, you will need to contact support for assistance. - [FAQs](https://support.goldenvolunteer.com/knowledge_base/faqs?hsLang=en) - [Organizer Resources](https://support.goldenvolunteer.com/knowledge_base/organizer-resources?hsLang=en#main-content) -
