If you have a Stripe account that is linked to your Golden account, the following steps will guide you on how to access pending balances.
Pending balances show you funds that have been collected but not yet disbursed to your organization.
Steps
- Go to Settings in your Golden dashboard
- Select Donations from the menu
- Click the Disbursements tab
- Review your account information and pending balance
What You'll See
You'll see a breakdown of your current account balance and any pending disbursements. This gives you a clear view of funds in progress and when to expect them.
