Managing Partner Accounts
Do you have Partner organizations (companies, schools, service partners) that you work closely with to place their volunteers into your Opportunities? This article covers how you can add a "Partner" account and manage it directly.
Best for:
- Deeper data segmentation and ongoing engagement tracking
- Situations where the Partner doesn't have a highly-engaged main contact (like a dedicated HR/CSR representative)
Good for:
- A Partner that may want to upgrade in the future but definitely isn't ready yet (or you're not ready to have that conversation!)

When you add or invite Partners, you will be able to see their:
- Upcoming and Past Opportunities
- Relevant participants
- Engagement statistics and operational data
Partners control their own Billings and Plans.
Getting Started
To get started, navigate to the "My Network" tab in the main navigation menu.
WAIT! I CAN'T FIND THE "MY NETWORK" TAB!
Email us at support@goldenvolunteer.com to get set up. You'll need appropriate permissions and feature access to manage Partners.
Once there, click on the "Create New Partner" button and follow the instructions.
- If you're managing this account directly, just add your own email as the contact.
- If there is an existing account for the Partner in question (managed by you or someone else), use the "Invite Partners" button instead.
After you create a new Partner account, the Partner organization will be added to your network and you'll be able to view their data, engagement metrics, and collaboration activities directly from the My Network tab.
