Why don't I see all of my hours?

When you complete an opportunity, your hours don't show up in the app right away. This is by design to give organizers the chance to review and adjust volunteer hours before they're officially credited to your account, which is why hours must go through a confirmation process.

Organizers are required to confirm your attendance before your hours can be credited to your account. However, we know volunteer coordinators are often busy, and sometimes the confirmation process takes a bit longer.

If an organizer hasn't confirmed your attendance within one week of completing a volunteer opportunity, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm your own hours. If your attendance was marked as Missed when you did attend, please reach out to the organization directly to have this corrected.
